2. Readiness audit (two weeks). Fixed scope, fixed price. You get ranked use cases, a governance gap report and a roadmap.
3. Implementation. We build alongside your team, with security and compliance involved from the first design review.
4. Monitoring. Cost, quality, safety and compliance reporting from day one of production.
5. Quarterly improvement. Review results, retire or tune what is not working, and choose the next use case.

Principles: plan before building, put controls where they cannot be skipped, measure everything that costs money or carries risk, and leave your team more capable than we found it.
